Mount Clemens, MI — A 30-year-old Warren man known online as Nickyy Pop is facing a first-degree murder charge following a deadly stabbing that triggered a six-hour barricaded standoff with police.
Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that Dominick Robinson was arraigned Monday on one count of First-Degree Premeditated Murder, a felony punishable by life in prison without the possibility of parole.

According to authorities, on December 12, 2025, Warren Police were dispatched to Robinson’s residence after receiving reports that a man had been stabbed. Investigators allege Robinson stabbed the victim multiple times, causing fatal injuries. When officers arrived, Robinson refused to exit the home, escalating the situation into a barricaded standoff.
The incident ultimately involved the Warren Police Special Response Team, with negotiators working for approximately six hours before Robinson surrendered peacefully, all while broadcasting for several hours on Facebook live.
Robinson was arraigned on Monday, December 15, 2025, before Judge Steven Bieda in the 37th District Court in Warren. Judge Bieda set bond at $2,000,000 cash only, with no 10% option, and ordered Robinson to undergo a mental health evaluation. If released, Robinson would be required to wear a steel-cuff tether.
A Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, December 23, 2025, followed by a Preliminary Examination on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, both set for 8:45 a.m. before Judge Michael Chupa.
“Premeditated murder is among the most serious crimes recognized by the law,” Prosecutor Lucido said in a statement. “My office is committed to pursuing justice and seeking accountability for the victim and the victim’s family, who have suffered an unimaginable loss.”
As in all criminal cases, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
