One person is dead and two others were injured following a shooting shortly after midnight Wednesday at an apartment complex in the 2500 block of Grand Boulevard in Detroit. According to Detroit Police Department, officers arrived to find one man deceased from his injuries, while a second man was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
Police said the suspected shooter was also taken to a hospital for treatment and remains in custody. Investigators believe all individuals involved knew each other and that a dispute occurred prior to the shooting.
