Two juveniles (ages 13 and 15) are currently in custody on gun charges relating to the July 8 shooting in Pontiac that left one man dead and another injured. The investigation is ongoing. As the case progresses, more charges will be filed if warranted. The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office and Prosecutor’s Office are working closely to ensure all those responsible for this shooting face the appropriate consequences.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office at 248-858-4950, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest in the case. Tipsters remain anonymous.
