A coordinated operation by multiple law enforcement agencies led to the arrest of a Clinton Township man accused of possessing child sexually abusive material following the execution of a search warrant this week.
According to the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office, Macomb Area Computer Enforcement (M.A.C.E.) detectives, the Sheriff’s Enforcement Team, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office Electronic Storage Detection K-9 Cache, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Livonia Task Force carried out the warrant on January 29, 2026, at a residence in the 16400 block of Lakeside Village Drive in Clinton Township. Investigators allege that 30-year-old Zachery Lasovage was in possession of child sexually abusive material. He was taken into custody without incident.
Authorities said the investigation was launched after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children flagged CSAM images that were allegedly uploaded by the suspect. Detectives seized multiple electronic devices and other evidence from the home, which are now undergoing forensic analysis.
Lasovage was arraigned in 41B District Court in Clinton Township on six felony counts, including three counts of using a computer to commit a crime, each punishable by up to seven years in prison, and three counts of possession of child sexually abusive material, each carrying a possible four-year prison sentence.

A judge set bond at $50,000 cash or surety with no 10% option. As a condition of release, Lasovage is prohibited from using any devices with internet access except for approved work purposes.
As in all criminal cases, Lasovage is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
