A Michigan man with a prior conviction involving child sexually abusive material has pleaded guilty in federal court to sexually exploiting a minor who lives in Scotland, according to newly filed court records obtained by New Media Detroit.

Anthony David Spetoskey, also known online as “No Limits,” “Ghost of NL,” and “Spitz,” entered a guilty plea in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan to sexual exploitation of a child, a felony offense under federal law.
Prior Michigan Conviction
Court and registry records show Spetoskey was previously convicted on Feb. 2, 2016, in Ionia County, Michigan, of Child Sexually Abusive Material – Possession, under state law. That case was handled in the 8th Circuit Court in Ionia, where he was convicted on two counts.
That prior conviction establishes Spetoskey as a repeat offender in cases involving sexual exploitation of minors.
Federal Case Details
According to the federal plea agreement filed Jan. 13, 2026, Spetoskey admitted to exploiting a minor for the purpose of producing sexually explicit material.
Prosecutors state that between an unknown start date and October 2024, Spetoskey used a TCL cellular phone and the Telegram messaging application to communicate with multiple minor victims over the internet while living in Kent County and Berrien County, both located in Western Michigan.
One victim identified in court documents as “MV-1” was a 15-year-old girl from Scotland.

Federal prosecutors say Spetoskey worked with another individual to persuade, induce, and coerce the minor into creating sexually explicit images and videos of herself. Court records detail that he instructed the victim to pose with her genital area exposed while repeating statements asserting sexual submission to him.
Prosecutors further state Spetoskey attempted to sell the minor online, posting explicit images and offering her as a “slave” in online spaces. The plea agreement also states the victim was pressured to carve the initials “NL,” referencing Spetoskey’s online alias “No Limits,” into her skin.
Interstate and International Elements
Court documents confirm Spetoskey knowingly transmitted communications and images using a cellular network and the internet, qualifying the conduct as interstate and international in nature under federal law.
Penalties and Sentencing Exposure
Under federal statute, Spetoskey faces:
- A mandatory minimum of 15 years in federal prison
- A maximum sentence of up to 30 years
- Restitution to victims, which the court has stated is mandatory
Spetosky will be sentenced May 4, 2026 at 2:00pm by U.S. District Judge Robert J. Jonker.
Dismissed Counts and Restitution
As part of the plea agreement, remaining federal charges will be dismissed at sentencing. However, the court may still consider the dismissed conduct when determining the final sentence and the amount of restitution owed to victims.
Federal prosecutors also reserved the right to seek full restitution for uncharged or uncovered victims discovered during the investigation.
