A Michigan man who traveled to South Florida after becoming infatuated with an OnlyFans content creator he had been messaging online has now been sentenced in Palm Beach County court.
According to court records, Evan M. Hamilton, 27, has been sentenced on a charge of burglary of a structure or conveyance, stemming from a stalking investigation that began in late 2024.
As part of the case resolution, prosecutors dropped charges of written or electronic threats to kill or cause bodily injury and aggravated stalking.

Hamilton was sentenced to nine days in the Palm Beach County Jail, with credit for nine days already served. He was also placed on five years of probation, ordered to complete 50 hours of community service, pay court costs of $668, and complete an anger management program. Court records indicate the probation may be terminated after two years if all conditions are met.
Investigators say the case began in October 2024, when Hamilton allegedly started sending repeated and unwanted messages to the victim, an online content creator who earns income through OnlyFans. Authorities say Hamilton became increasingly fixated on the woman, despite attempts by her management team to block his accounts.
The victim told deputies she received messages from Hamilton, including one that contained her home address. In late March 2025, her management team discovered those messages allegedly sent by Hamilton that also included threats directed toward the victim’s boyfriend.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Hamilton ultimately traveled from Michigan to South Florida and showed up at the gated community where the victim lives. Although he was not allowed through the gate, investigators say he parked nearby, entered the community on foot, and approached the victim’s home, attempting to communicate with her through a doorbell surveillance system.
Deputies were called to the scene and removed Hamilton from the area. Further investigation revealed a pattern of repeated online contact, account evasion, and escalating behavior, including the messages that referenced the victim’s home address.
As part of his probation, Hamilton is prohibited from having any contact with the victims, following them on social media, operating or possessing an OnlyFans account, or owning or possessing firearms or weapons.
Court documents also state Hamilton may request to transfer his probation supervision out of Palm Beach County, a move that would allow him to leave Florida and potentially return to Michigan while remaining under court supervision.
The identity of the OnlyFans content creator is not being released due to safety and privacy concerns, particularly given the nature of the alleged threats and the escalation of conduct in the case.
