REALITY TV STAR FACING CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT CHARGES IN MICHIGAN

A reality TV star who rose to fame on Love & Hip Hop: Miami is facing four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct – personal injury stemming from an alleged rape in March 2010.

According to the victim’s statement, the suspect, Allan Mueses, allegedly sexually assaulted her at a Western Michigan University dorm when he was a foreign exchange student at the school.

The victim, then 20 years old, reported the assault to campus police and underwent a forensic medical examination. Despite this, no charges were filed at the time.

The case was recently reopened through Michigan’s Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI), which reviews and tests previously unsubmitted or unanalyzed sexual assault kits, particularly cold cases between 1976 and 2015.

*July 1, 2025 – Four counts of first-degree CSC were formally filed against Mueses.

*July 11 – He was arrested in Miami.

*July 14 – Extradited back to Michigan.

*July 28 – Arraigned in Kalamazoo.

*August 8 – Released on a $250,000 bond.

On August 14, 2025, the victim testified in court, describing Mueses as a friend and peer she knew from playing sports at the WMU recreation center. She said he “forced himself” on her multiple times despite her repeated refusals. She further testified that during the alleged assault, Mueses chillingly told her to “think about this every night,” a statement that continues to cause her nightmares.

As of now, no further court dates have been scheduled.

If convicted on any of the four counts of first-degree CSC, Mueses faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
