SAGINAW MAN ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF CHILD SEXUALLY ABUSIVE MATERIAL

SAGINAW, Mich. – The Michigan State Police (MSP) Computer Crimes Unit, Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force has arrested 61-year-old Michael D. Tillman of Saginaw on multiple charges related to child sexually abusive material.

Investigators say Tillman was taken into custody after digital evidence was seized from his home on October 9, 2025. The investigation began when authorities learned Tillman had uploaded files of child sexually abusive material online.

Tillman was arraigned in 70th District Court on Friday, October 10, and faces the following charges:

  • Child Sexually Abusive Material – Aggravated Possession (2 counts) – 10-year felony
  • Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material (1 count) – 4-year felony
  • Using a Computer to Commit a Crime (3 counts) – 7-year felony
