Roseville, MI — Three suspects arrested during this week’s multi-city narcotics sweep were formally charged Friday, with two of them already on probation for prior drug convictions at the time of the raids.
The arrests stem from a Sheriff’s Enforcement Team investigation conducted by the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office and the Warren Police Department, which executed search warrants in Roseville and Detroit earlier this week.
Arerei Felton, 50 — Roseville

Felton was arraigned in the 39th District Court on:
- Two counts – controlled substance possession (cocaine, heroin, or another narcotic) less than 50 grams, a 20-year felony
- One count – controlled substance delivery/manufacture (schedule 4), a 4-year felony
- One count – maintaining a drug house, a high-court 2-year misdemeanor
- Habitual Offender – Second Notice
Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety, 10%.
Court records show Felton was sentenced to probation in Macomb County on November 5, 2025 for possession of cocaine under 25 grams. He was still under court supervision when the February 25 search warrants were executed.
He also has prior narcotics convictions in St. Clair and Wayne counties.
Bionka VanCleave, 35 — Detroit

VanCleave was also arraigned in the 39th District Court on:
- Two counts – controlled substance possession less than 50 grams, a 20-year felony
- One count – controlled substance delivery/manufacture (schedule 4), a 4-year felony
- Habitual Offender – Fourth Notice
Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety, 10%.
VanCleave was sentenced to probation in Macomb County on January 21, 2026 — just weeks before the SET raids. Court history shows previous controlled substance convictions.
A fourth habitual notice significantly increases potential sentencing exposure if convicted.
Andre Felton, 45 — Detroit

Andre Felton was arraigned separately in the 37th District Court on:
- One count – controlled substance possession less than 25 grams, a 4-year felony
- One count – maintaining a drug house, a high-court misdemeanor
- Habitual Offender – Third Notice
Bond was set at $20,000 cash/surety with no 10% option. A GPS tether is required upon release.
All three suspects remain lodged at the Macomb County Jail.
The charges stem from a coordinated narcotics investigation in which detectives seized approximately 20 grams of crack cocaine, 2 grams of fentanyl, 9 grams of diazepam, drug packaging materials, $3,026 in cash, and a Chevrolet Tahoe.
Given the probation status of two defendants and the multiple habitual offender notices filed, the case now carries significantly higher sentencing stakes if convictions are secured.
