A 61-year-old Warren Man has been charged with multiple counts of Child Sexually Abusive Material after he allegedly possessed and shared multiple images of children on or about Tuesday, May 6th.
On Friday, August 1, 2025, Michael Christini was arraigned in the 37th District Court in Warren, MI before Judge Steven Bieda on the following charges:
– Three (3) counts of Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material. Each charge is a 10-year felony
– Three (3) counts of Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material. Each charge is a 4-year felony
– Three (3) counts of Using a Computer to Commit a Crime (related to Aggravated Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material). Each charge is a 10-year felony
– Three (3) counts of Using a Computer to Commit a Crime (related to Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material). Each charge is 7-year felony
– Habitual Offender – 2nd Offense Notice, an aggravating sentencing factor
His bond was set at $500k cash/surety bond. If he posts bond he must wear a GPS tether, have no use of the internet or computer, possess no weapons, abstain from drugs and alcohol with random testing and not leave the State of Michigan.

Lucido.
